How to Install the Citrix Client onto a Workstation

 

  1. Download the installation file.   https://www.lodgingit.com/Citrix/XenApp/Clients/XenAppWeb.exe

 

Save the file to “Desktop”

 

  1. When the download is complete, find the saved file (on the Desktop) and double-click it to launch the installation process.

 

  1. If you are prompted to confirm that you want to RUN the file, click “Run”

 

If you encounter ANY errors, please call the Help Desk at 407-658-1300

 

  1. Select Language:  English

 

  1. You will see “Welcome to Citrix Presentation Server Client – Web Only Setup”.

 

Click NEXT.

 

  1. You must accept the license agreement.
  2. Click NEXT.

 

  1. At the “Ready to Install” screen, click NEXT.

 

  1. If the installation is successful, click FINISH on the next screen.
